Most Frequently asked questions about Profex

What is the difference between wooden wall cladding and Profex plastic wall cladding?
Plastic does not require annual maintenance, will not rot and there is a slight probability of damage when compared to wood. The optical difference between wood and plastic is not visible because of our new technologies.

Which material is used to make Profex?
The products are made of high-quality PVC. Profex has an impact- and scratch-resistant top layer that can be supplied in various colours and also a wood look.

What are the benefits of Profex?
Typical properties of plastic are: durability, low maintenance, a long service life and weather-resistant. As is not the case with products made of compressed wood fibres (for example, CanExel) with a coat that can start to rot in due course because of the influences of the weather. We give a 10 year guarantee on our products.
